I've been a big fan of Real Simple for quite a while now, not only for their beautiful publications, but for their constant encouragement to make life all that much simpler.. makes sense, right? Their September issue fell on my doorstep and knocked it out of the park by providing a Monday-Friday dinner plan and grocery list for four weeks. 4 WEEKS! I had to share it with you all because man, do I love a solid plan that adds efficiency to the day to day routine.
Truth is, we are busy humans and meal prep is not at the top of my priority list. I know it should be 1. for our health and 2. to avoid wasting money at the grocery, on the food in our fridge, and the quick swing by Chipotle.
