Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 English muffins
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp Parsley

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13” pan with olive oil spray.
2. Tear English muffins into 1” pieces and spread in pan.
3. In a medium skillet, combine the sausage, onions and pepper and cook until sausage is browned and no pink remains. Add 2 cloves garlic and cook until fragrant. Spreadskillet mixture over English muffins.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Pour egg mixture over the English muffin and sausage mixture in the pan.
5. Sprinkle on top: cheese, everything bagel seasoning, parsley
6. Bake for 55 minutes. If making ahead of time, let it sit out for 30 minutes before putting in oven.
